Visit to the Barcelona Wax Museum

Add to my Wish List

Are you a fan of Leo Messi, Rosalía or the characters from the La casa de papel series? Well, don’t wait any longer and go to the Barcelona Wax Museum. In this incredible museum you can see the realistic figures of your idols, made of wax, as well as take pictures with them.

The Barcelona Wax Museum presents you a fascinating tour through its 28 different sets, such as the Jungle, the pirate universe or a space station. A total of 150 national and international figures are on exhibition.

The 28 themed interactive sets include amazing technological and audiovisual systems that will allow you to experience a unique adventure with the most iconic characters from the world of cinema, sport, music, history and current affairs, among others.

It will be fun to stand in front of a wax figure of Pau Gasol or see up close the scientist Stephen Hawking, the former President of the United States Barack Obama or the singer Billie Eilish.

As a curious fact, thanks to interactive technology, you will be able to go up more than 120 metres in a lift where, through the screens, you will be able to see a bird’s-eye view of the Rambla de Barcelona with a 360º view.

Also, you will dive aboard a submarine to see the bottom of the ocean and discover what state it is in while the wax figure of Greta Thunberg gives a warning: There is No Planet B. From a space station you will also travel into the universe where you will observe the Earth and, through tactile panels, you will see how the different meteorological phenomena are caused on the planet.

In addition, in the Homage to Catalonia space, you can experience the castellera tradition by contemplating an extraordinary castle with wax figures, 4 metres high, which can be observed from different heights on the main staircase.
