Discovering Sant Pol with a snorkel

Add to my Wish List

Have you ever been diving? Baix Empordà is one of the best places in the Mediterranean to practise it, where you can marvel at the flora and fauna of its seabed. As soon as you arrive at Sant Pol beach, in Sant Feliu de Guíxols, you will fall in love with the views.

The rock formations that jut out into the turquoise waters create unique hidden corners. You can discover them with the diving session offered by Dive Different, a perfect adventure to share with your children. The boat leaves from Sant Pol beach and allows you to discover the best diving spots in the area.

The depth of the bay ranges from 2 to 40 metres and offers spectacular visibility of marine biodiversity. If you pay attention, you will be able to see everything from sunfish to colourful nudibranchs. Cuttlefish, octopus and squid also coexist in its waters, which tend to camouflage themselves from predators on the reefs. With a bit of luck, you might even come across a school of fish seeking refuge among the rocks.

It is because of this ecological richness that the Estació Nàutica of Sant Feliu de Guíxols has organised this activity for families. Round off the day with traditional dishes from the Marabú restaurant and spend the night at Camping Sant Pol, 350 metres from the beach.
