Paella in vineyards from the 16th century
Visits to Caves Nadal end with a paella master class for everyone. Come with a group of friends and enjoy the world of wine with a meal in the vineyards. The day begins with a visit to the cellar where you can see the whole process of making cava. You’ll descend 20 metres underground to see how the bottles rest and witness the second fermentation.
Then it’s time to prepare the paella with the chef of the La Posada restaurant who will show you the secret to making good rice. You’ll pair it with the best cavas and noble white wines of Can Nadal, which has made wine and cultivated the vines without interruption since the 16th century.
