Experience the Monastery of Santes Creus with your family

The Monastery of Santes Creus is a good place to visit with family. Discover the new activities they have organized for families.

Based on the medieval legends surrounding this monastery, values, feelings and relationships between figures of different backgrounds tied to the history of this cultural and religious centre are recovered. These figures include Peter the Great and James II of Aragon, patrons and protectors of the monastery, buried at Santes Creus.

These activities invite families to solve enigmas, playing the roles of characters who lived there, to understand aspects of the society of that time. There are also a number of craft activities like creating a chapel from the iconography of the cloister and drawing the shields of the nobles buried there.
